The first step to your Breakthrough is plugging into God’s power. All power belongs to God but God has delegated it to man (Genesis 1:26-28). Indeed, the very universe is suspended by the Word of His Power (Hebrews 1:3). This was His original plan but sin interrupted that. However, glory to God, this is what Jesus came to restore! If you pay to have electrical power running in your house, it is available whenever you need it. When you need power to an appliance, you don’t go back to the electrical company and ask for power, you merely flip the switch.
Paul wrote in Ephesians 3:20… Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, I hope you did NOT miss that – the power is within YOU! But, just in case you missed it…But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells within you!
Jesus told his disciples to wait in Jerusalem until they received power (Acts 1:8). What was the power He spoke of? The power of the Holy Spirit! You must flip the switch from the world system which attempts to meet it’s needs without God. The World system is a Babylonian system designed for you to STRUGGLE, Many have bought into this flawed system.
Why?
Because it makes sense to your Natural (Conscious) mind. We serve a supernatural God, the things of the Spirit seem foolish to the natural mind.You must get plugged into God’s Spirit. Turning on the power of God means speaking God’s Word to impossible situations. It’s Mark 11 faith – speaking to mountains and being fully persuaded that they will move at your command! But understand, if you aren’t connected to the power source, you cannot expect to benefit from the power. This is the difference between religion and relationship – religion makes power abstract; relationship makes power available! When you’re plugged-in, turned-on, and tuned in, you realize that you don’t have to wait for a move of God; God is waiting for you to move according to His Word and His Spirit… Expecting excellence everyday is NOW the Natural!
